Video Photo Montage
Here's an overview of commissioning a photo montage from Profile Productions.

Step 1: Select the photos and songs you want, and decide on the order you want them to appear. Plan for 10-15 photos per minute of the finished piece, and keep in mind that usually the song should change about every 2 minutes.

Step 2: Lightly write the number on the back of the photos in pencil. Or, if you want to supply photos digitally, please copy them at full resolution onto a CD or DVD. Send us the photos (please do not send irreplaceable originals!), along with a list of the songs in the order you want them to appear (please let us know the title and artist for each song). Also, please tell us what words you’d like to appear for the main title to start off the piece and appear on the label (for example: Jen and Dave’s Wedding, 2005). A 50% deposit is required.

Step 3: We’ll edit the piece for you, putting the photos to music and applying professional effects and transitions between them. Please allow 2-3 weeks for completion (if you need it sooner, a rush charge will apply). You’ll receive the final montage on your choice of CD, DVD, or VHS, with a custom-designed label, along with the return of any original photos.
